Time to take a look at how work is going on this 7900 m\u00b2 project, another joint effort betwee the firm specialising in the distribution of food and IDEC.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working with each other from A to Z\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>The POMONA Group, a leading player in the distribution of food (fruit and vegetables, seafood, frozen food\u2026) once again counted on the IDEC teams to build its storage depot in Noyal sur Viliaine. IDEC worked alongside its client from the birth of the project to come up with a made to measure building taking into account all the different challenges linked to the business, including in particular refrigeration, and the specific requirements concerning salt and seafood.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6200 m\u00b2 to store fresh produce and 1700 m\u00b2 of office space<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>This latest logistics project developed with 1700 m\u00b2 of office space will house the firm\u2019s administrative departments. The area dedicated to storage is based around 2400 m\u00b2 for fruit and vegetables, 900 m\u00b2 for seafood, 2200 m\u00b2 for the arrival and dispatch of food. Finally, 700 m\u00b2 will house the technical equipment, the charging unit and the refrigeration units. A fuel station and truck washing area can also be found in this project.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The final stretch for the building work<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>With a month to go to the handover of this project, the IDEC teams are managing the finishing details. The offices are currently being fitted out with the final power supply being established. At the same time, the installation of the racks will begin to allow the building to be up and running early next month. It took eight months of work in all to erect this project, which is due to be handed over at the end of August.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IDEC, leader in the design and
