This project developed by ARGAN for AUCHAN will require eleven months of work. It is due to be handed over next summer. \u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Another project for ARGAN<\/h3>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">ARGAN, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la gestion de l&#8217;immobilier logistique, s&#8217;est une nouvelle fois appuy\u00e9e sur les \u00e9quipes d&#8217;IDEC pour r\u00e9aliser la construction d&#8217;un entrep\u00f4t \u00e0 une dizaine de kilom\u00e8tres de Tours. Ce projet d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour le compte d&#8217;AUCHAN permettra \u00e0 l&#8217;enseigne d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer son activit\u00e9 logistique de produits frais, qui \u00e9tait auparavant r\u00e9partie sur trois sites distincts.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A 17,200 m\u00b2 delivery service with BREEAM Good certification<\/h3>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Ce nouveau projet logistique couvrira une surface de plus de 17 000 m\u00b2. Il s&#8217;articulera autour d&#8217;une unit\u00e9 de livraison sous temp\u00e9rature dirig\u00e9e de pr\u00e8s de 16 000 m\u00b2 r\u00e9partis pour stocker diff\u00e9rents types de produits frais. Il comprendra une zone de fruits de mer avec des rev\u00eatements sp\u00e9ciaux pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&#8217;effet du sel dans les produits qui y sont stock\u00e9s et une zone de cong\u00e9lation \u00e0 -25\u00b0C. Un immeuble de bureaux d\u00e9di\u00e9 au travail administratif fait \u00e9galement partie de ce projet.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aiming for Good level BREEAM certification<\/h3>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son expertise dans la construction de projets durables ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 construit 1,5 million de m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s certifi\u00e9s, IDEC a travaill\u00e9 avec son client sur la construction d&#8217;un projet o\u00f9 l&#8217;impact environnemental a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris tr\u00e8s au s\u00e9rieux. Le b\u00e2timent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d&#8217;une isolation renforc\u00e9e pour limiter les consommations excessives li\u00e9es \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de fluide caloporteur. Des quais de chargement sp\u00e9cifiques tenteront de limiter les infiltrations d&#8217;air lors du chargement et du d\u00e9chargement des poids lourds. IDEC vise la certification BREEAM niveau Good pour ce projet.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work has begun<\/h3>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Les \u00e9quipes d&#8217;IDEC en charge de la construction de ce projet sont \u00e0 l&#8217;\u0153uvre depuis plusieurs semaines avec le d\u00e9marrage des travaux de bulldozer. Ils maintiendront un rythme soutenu pour respecter le calendrier avec la livraison pr\u00e9vue en ao\u00fbt 2020 afin qu&#8217;AUCHAN puisse commencer \u00e0 utiliser le b\u00e2timent en septembre.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A second project underway in Chanceaux-sur-Choisille<\/h3>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">IDEC r\u00e9alise la construction de cet entrep\u00f4t de livraison avec des travaux en cours \u00e0 quelques m\u00e8tres et toujours pour ARGAN. L&#8217;unit\u00e9 de service d&#8217;IDEC sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les travaux d&#8217;extension et la mise aux normes des b\u00e2timents r\u00e9organise un site utilis\u00e9 par SYSCO. Les modifications concernent l&#8217;extension d&#8217;une chambre froide de 2200 m\u00b2 et la construction d&#8217;une chambre froide \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature n\u00e9gative de 400 m\u00b2.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IDEC has just started work on the construction of a new logistics project a few miles from Tours.
