IDEC and STOKOMANI brought their teams together with various elected representatives on Friday 25th<\/sup> October when the first stone was laid and the first pillar put in place for a new warehouse currently being built in Venette (Oise) backed by the investor, AXA IM \u2013 Real Assets. This symbolic event brought all the stakeholders together to share some time with each other, as this 72,000 m\u00b2 project, the construction of which was awarded to IDEC, gets underway. <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

All of the stakeholders got together<\/h3>\n\n\n

The builder, developer, future occupant and elected representatives got together on Friday 25th<\/sup> October for the laying of the first stone for a 72,000 m\u00b2 logistics project being built in Venette. All of the guests were able to watch this symbolic event marking the next stage in the construction project after the preparation of the ground and the laying of the foundations. The day continued with a tour of the building site on which work started this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n

A warehouse with six units<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This project for which IDEC was awarded the construction will house STOKOMANI, a company specialising in clearance sales for brand names will complement the three other warehouses already set up in the Oise department. It will allow the firm to manage the logistics activity for around a hundred stores across the country. To achieve this, STOKOMANI will have six units, five measuring 12,000 m\u00b2, and one measuring 9500 m\u00b2. Two of them will have narrow aisles with a wire-guided system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be completed in August 2020<\/h3>\n\n\n

The keys for this project which aims to have BREEAM Good Level certification are due to be handed over at the end of August 2020. Some parts will be made available earlier in June. The IDEC teams will complete two units every fortnight to allow STOKOMANI to move in to install the racks.<\/p>\n\n\n
