class=\"uagb-heading-text\">URGO, a prestigious pharmaceutical group, has enlisted the support of IDEC\u2019s teams to build a new storage platform in Ouges, which began construction a few weeks ago.<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>URGO, a world-class pharmaceutical laboratory<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>French pharmaceutical laboratory URGO is a leading player in the medical treatment of wounds and mass market healthcare.\u00a0To sustain its growth, the company has commissioned IDEC to design and build a new platform to handle its \u201cmass market\u201d logistics activities just outside Dijon.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A 16,400 m\u00b2 project<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>This \u201cBy IDEC\u201d project, designed in collaboration with URGO\u2019s project teams, will provide 15,100 m\u00b2 of storage space.\u00a0It will be structured around two temperature-controlled cells, and will also include an office area and a security post with an additional surface area of around 850 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delivery scheduled for the second half of 2023<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Since the end of September, IDEC\u2019s Civil Engineering teams have been monitoring the construction of this logistics project.\u00a0Work will continue for several months, with handover scheduled for September 2023.\u00a0One of the special features of this project is that it will incorporate a geothermal solution with 37 boreholes at a depth of 150 meters.\u00a0The building will also benefit from reinforced thermal insulation.\u00a0As a result, energy savings will be achieved during the operating phase, while at the same time reducing the building\u2019s carbon footprint.<\/p>\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\"
