project, on which work will start early next year.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AN AMBITIOUS PROJECT FOR PANATTONI FRANCE<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Panattoni, Europe\u2019s leading logistics and industrial real estate developer, and already well established throughout Europe, set up operations in France in September 2021.\u00a0The French subsidiary is broadening its real estate offering by appointing IDEC to build a speculative project in Saint-L\u00e9ger-pr\u00e8s-Troyes (10).<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TWO LOGISTICS PLATFORMS<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>This first new-generation logistics project by IDEC will be located in the Parc de l\u2019Aube, a park in the Troyes urban area that has been awarded the \u201cParc de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u201d label, and will cover a surface area of 60,000 m\u00b2.\u00a0It will soon comprise a second structure a few hundred meters away, again developed by Panattoni and covering an area of 50,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WORK ON FIRST PROJECT UNDERWAY<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Just a few days ago, the IDEC teams kicked off construction of the 1st logistics platform.\u00a0With a surface area of 60,000 m\u00b2, this facility will feature 10 cells and two office blocks.\u00a0The project, which is aiming for BREEAM Very Good certification, will be delivered in the last quarter of 2023.\u00a0Construction of the second 50,000 m\u00b2 structure, again by IDEC, will begin in early 2023, with delivery one year later.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich
