Adrien has been working for IDEC for 6 years.\u00a0After several projects in the South of France, he was off to Normandy.\u00a0\u201cI am responsible for the smooth running of this project.I coordinate the work with all our partner companies and ensure that it is carried out properly.I also oversee site planning, technical compliance and financial management.<\/em>I am on site four days a week and I regularly liaise with our client in order to provide them with a technical response regarding the execution of their project\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARGAN, a developer of premium logistics projects, has renewed its faith in IDEC to build a new facility between Rouen and Le Havre, which will eventually host DIDACTIC.\u00a0\u201cThis company specializes in disposable medical devices<\/em>\u201d explains Adrien, IDEC Works Supervisor in charge of the construction work on this project.\u00a0\u201cIt will be spread over a surface area of 13,600 m\u00b2 and will include 1,300 m\u00b2 of offices and 12,000 m\u00b2 of storage space\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n The construction phase of this project was launched at the end of last year.\u00a0\u201cWe are currently working on finalizing the concrete structure of the project<\/em>\u201d says Adrien.\u00a0\u201cWe will begin installing the steel framework for the offices before the end of the month.At the same time, roofing is scheduled to begin in the next few days<\/em>\u201d adds IDEC\u2019s Head of Operations.\u00a0\u201cAs soon as work begins on the interior fittings, we will endeavor to adapt the progress of the site to DIDACTIC\u2019s requirements, to facilitate the installation of its process.
