were delivered a few weeks ago.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GEODIS, A SPECIALIST IN LOGISTICS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>GEODIS is a world leader in transport and logistics, providing support to its customers in France with bespoke solutions covering a wide range of services.\u00a0The company has over 235 sites and 187 operating facilities in France.\u00a0GEODIS, the partner of choice for companies looking for solutions to their logistics needs, has a long-standing relationship with IDEC to build and develop its real estate projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TWO EXTENSIONS FOR A THRIVING BUSINESS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To expand its logistics activities and storage space, GEODIS has commissioned IDEC\u2019s TSE unit to construct storage areas spanning a total surface area of 12,500 m\u00b2.\u00a0The first extension spans 6,100 m\u00b2 while the second covers 6,400 m\u00b2 and comprises an operating area, a loading area and offices.\u00a0The site entrance has also been redesigned, and additional parking spaces have been created for light vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After work began in September 2020, the first phase of the project was handed over in December 2020 with the extension of the light vehicle parking area and the entrance to the site.\u00a0This was followed by the delivery of the first extension to the complex in July 2021, which paved the way for work on the second extension.\u00a0IDEC\u2019s TSE unit handed over the keys to the entire building and security post to GEODIS a few weeks ago.\u00a0This project was successfully completed on time and with minimal impact on GEODIS\u2019 business, despite the work being
