delivered to PROLOGIS in Douvrin, northern France.<br>The project has been awarded <strong>BREEAM Excellent certification<\/strong> as well as the <strong>BIODIVERCITY Performance label<\/strong>, recognising its high environmental standards and strong commitment to biodiversity enhancement.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DOUBLE ENVIRONMENTAL RECOGNITION FOR THE PROLOGIS DC3 PROJECT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 43,000 sq m logistics facility delivered by IDEC for PROLOGIS in Douvrin has successfully achieved both <strong>BREEAM Excellent certification<\/strong> and the <strong>BIODIVERCITY Performance label<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet the requirements of these demanding environmental benchmarks, the project incorporates a range of sustainable features, including photovoltaic panels installed on five of the seven warehouse units, a heat pump system designed to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and an optimised rainwater management strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These solutions contribute to improved energy efficiency, reduced environmental impact and enhanced operational performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LANDSCAPING DESIGNED TO SUPPORT BIODIVERSITY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particular attention was given to landscape design and ecological integration throughout the development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project includes the creation of wetlands and dedicated habitats designed to support a variety of animal species, helping to preserve and enhance local biodiversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These initiatives demonstrate IDEC\u2019s commitment to delivering projects that combine operational excellence with environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A STRONG
