{"id":181591,"date":"2025-10-07T16:09:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T14:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/idec-ingenierie.com\/?p=181591"},"modified":"2026-06-22T16:11:18","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T14:11:18","slug":"the-dentressangle-project-in-eragny-95-in-figures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/idec-ingenierie.com\/en\/the-dentressangle-project-in-eragny-95-in-figures\/","title":{"rendered":"The DENTRESSANGLE Project in \u00c9ragny (95) in Figures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IDEC is supporting DENTRESSANGLE in the construction of a major logistics platform on the former Renault industrial site, located in \u00c9ragny-sur-Oise and Saint-Ouen-l\u2019Aum\u00f4ne, in the Val-d\u2019Oise department.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A major construction project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first phase of the project concerns a 42,472 sq m building, out of the total planned development of 79,823 sq m. Construction works started on 29 April 2025, with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project mobilises significant resources: 13,415 m\u00b3 of concrete are being used to construct 272 columns, 252 beams and 712 purlins, as well as all floor slabs and foundations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fa\u00e7ades consist of 8,042 sq m of concrete panels and 7,469 sq m of SIPOREX panels. The steel structure represents 96.2 tonnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Externally, 2,200 linear metres of fencing, 4,665 metres of kerbs and 6,770 tonnes of asphalt surfacing will be installed.
