This operation consists of extending an occupied logistics warehouse, with a major challenge: maintaining the site&#8217;s activity throughout the entire construction period without interruption.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A strategic extension to support the development of the tenants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project carried out for Alderan, an independent French company specialising in real estate asset management, is part of a strategy aimed at enhancing the value of its assets while supporting the growth of its tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The extension involves the construction of an additional 9,200 sq m warehouse directly connected to the existing building, which will remain fully operational throughout the works. It responds to the growing demand for logistics space and to a strategy focused on optimising the use of available surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project also includes the installation of a photovoltaic power plant, carried out by the project owner, demonstrating a commitment to integrating responsible solutions, even within the framework of an extension project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A technical project on an occupied site<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main specificity of this project, designed by Cabinet FRANC, lies in its execution on an occupied site, creating significant constraints in terms of safety, construction logistics and business continuity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the notable technical features, 2,400 sq m of fire-rated walls will be constructed to ensure regulatory separation between the existing building and the extension, while maintaining smooth circulation between the two areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A controlled schedule for a demanding project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construction works began in early September 2025 with the earthworks and infrastructure phase (roads and utilities), scheduled to last seven weeks.
