IDEC has handed over the keys to the new industrial facility built for HFR and FMP, two companies specialising in boring, honing and the machining of large-scale components. This turnkey project supports the merger of their activities by bringing together the complementary expertise of both companies on a single site while optimising their industrial processes.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A turnkey facility to support future growth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

HFR and FMP are two companies specialising in boring, honing and the machining of large-scale components, serving demanding industrial markets where precision and robustness are essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The merger of their activities made it necessary to develop a single industrial facility capable of bringing together their complementary expertise, optimising production flows and improving operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This turnkey project provides HFR and FMP with a modern facility tailored to their business activities, encouraging greater collaboration between teams and supporting the future development of their operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A project focused on sustainability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Delivered with strong environmental ambitions, the project incorporates a 499 kWp photovoltaic power plant<\/strong> designed and installed by GROUPE IDEC ENR Solar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an estimated annual production of 503 MWh<\/strong>, the installation will avoid approximately 160 tonnes of CO\u2082 emissions over a 20-year period<\/strong>, demonstrating the commitment of the Group and its partners to the energy transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond its technical and environmental performance, the Fr\u00e9pillon facility contributes to the reindustrialisation of the \u00cele-de-France region by strengthening local expertise and preserving employment in highly specialised industrial trades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new modern industrial facility enables HFR & FMP to reinforce their position in demanding markets while supporting the future growth of their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
