This new agreement once again illustrates IDEC\u2019s position as a comprehensive real estate partner, supporting its clients throughout the entire value chain of their projects.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Three additional years of maintenance for a project designed and delivered by IDEC<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Already responsible for the turnkey design and construction of CAP PERFORMANCE\u2019s industrial facility, IDEC is now extending its involvement through the signing of a three-year maintenance contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From design and construction to interior fit-out and interior design, through to building maintenance, IDEC supports CAP PERFORMANCE with a continuous approach focused on performance, operational reliability and the long-term sustainability of its facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A comprehensive maintenance offering<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of this contract, IDEC is providing CAP PERFORMANCE with a comprehensive maintenance service covering the upkeep of technical equipment, regulatory compliance monitoring and preventive building maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The objective is to ensure the long-term performance of the installations, anticipate maintenance requirements and guarantee the continuity of the site&#8217;s operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the client, this approach provides genuine peace of mind through a single point of contact, in-depth knowledge of the building and long-term cost optimisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CAP PERFORMANCE, a 4,600 sq m industrial facility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CAP PERFORMANCE is a company specialising in solutions dedicated to improving industrial performance and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To support its growth, the company entrusted IDEC with the design and construction of its approximately 4,600 sq m industrial facility in Neuill\u00e9-Pont-Pierre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Designed to meet both the client&#8217;s operational and environmental requirements, the building notably incorporates a rooftop photovoltaic installation, illustrating the shared commitment of both partners to a more sustainable industrial sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After designing and constructing CAP PERFORMANCE\u2019s industrial facility in Neuill\u00e9-Pont-Pierre (Indre-et-Loire), IDEC is continuing its support by renewing its maintenance contract for a further three years.
