This recognition highlights the ambitious integration of biodiversity at the heart of the project, which has already achieved <strong>BREEAM Very Good certification<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A 25,200 sq m logistics platform<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To support its development objectives, PROLOGIS, a global leader in logistics real estate, once again entrusted IDEC with the construction of a 25,200 sq m logistics platform in Douvrin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organised around warehouse space, offices and staff facilities, the building meets the operational requirements of its future users while embracing an ambitious environmental approach on the site of a redeveloped former industrial brownfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A project awarded the BiodiverCity Performance label<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project has officially achieved the <strong>BiodiverCity Performance<\/strong> label, recognising the integration of biodiversity into the design of the site through landscaped areas and green spaces that promote local wildlife and plant species.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It has also been awarded <strong>BREEAM Very Good certification<\/strong>, highlighting its performance in terms of energy efficiency, resource management and occupant comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IDEC and PROLOGIS committed to more sustainable logistics real estate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This achievement marks a new milestone in the long-standing collaboration between IDEC and PROLOGIS, built on more than 20 years of successful partnerships on logistics developments across France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to its integrated teams and innovative technical solutions, IDEC supports PROLOGIS in the delivery of high-performance logistics facilities that address today&#8217;s environmental and energy transition challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 25,200 sq m logistics platform delivered by IDEC for PROLOGIS in Douvrin (Pas-de-Calais) has been awarded the BiodiverCity Performance label.
