IDEC worked alongside its client from the birth of the project to come up with a made to measure building taking into account all the different challenges linked to the business, including in particular refrigeration, and the specific requirements concerning salt and seafood.
6200 m² to store fresh produce and 1700 m² of office space
This latest logistics project developed with 1700 m² of office space will house the firm’s administrative departments. The area dedicated to storage is based around 2400 m² for fruit and vegetables, 900 m² for seafood, 2200 m² for the arrival and dispatch of food. Finally, 700 m² will house the technical equipment, the charging unit and the refrigeration units. A fuel station and truck washing area can also be found in this project.
The final stretch for the building work
With a month to go to the handover of this project, the IDEC teams are managing the finishing details. The offices are currently being fitted out with the final power supply being established. At the same time, the installation of the racks will begin to allow the building to be up and running early next month.
