IDEC, leader in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving logistics, industrial and service sector properties, has just handed over the keys to a warehouse for ARGAN in Meung-sur-Loire (Loiret). This project developed for ANIMALIS took just six and a half months to build.
Another joint project between ARGAN and IDEC
ARGAN, the reference property company in the development of logistics warehouses, once again relied on IDEC to build its latest project in Meung-sur-Loire. With the handover of this project a few days ago, the two leading players in logistics premises, completed another successful piece of work together after many other platforms were delivered throughout France.
13,000 m² to deal with the logistical requirements of ANIMALIS
This logistics warehouse built on 13,000 m² is now home to ANIMALIS, a brand specialising in the sale of products and accessories for animals. Alongside the two storage units, there is a 600 m² office block, a charging area, maintenance area and a 300 m² pallet storage area.
Six and a half months of work
The teams from IDEC were kept busy for six and a half months erecting this warehouse to schedule. After preparing the ground, the workers built the platform, poured in the foundations and set up concrete pillars. The following stages involved completing the roofing and cladding, then the installation of the technical aspects and the landscaping of the area outdoors.
