FAUBOURG PROMOTION and IDEC have completed the construction of a new logistics project in the Haut de Wissous 2 Park in Wissous (Essonne). This new project successfully run by the two subsidiaries of the IDEC GROUP, is now home to SOTRACOM and its subsidiary SATEXPORT, which specialises in the transport of food products.

FAUBOURG PROMOTION and IDEC came together to work with SOTRACOM on the development, design and construction of a turnkey property project. This latest project follows on from others completed in the 35-hectare park planned and developed by FAUBOURG PROMOTION, for which all the buildings were turnkey projects carried out by IDEC, the leader in logistics property.
A building for customs transit
The specialist in custom transit and the export of food products has for a few days now been able to enjoy the use of its new premises, ideally located close to Orly Airport and which has been designed to receive and package products before they are dispatched around the world. To do that, FAUBOURG PROMOTION and IDEC built a project based around two positive temperature cold units measuring 1900 m² and 1500 m², a 100 m² negative temperature cold room and a 630 m² office block, which has been divided up to house the activities of the firm and a partner.
