The IDEC teams have just completed the construction of an 18,000 m² logistics project developed by ARGAN in Saint-André-sur-Orne (14), aiming for BREEAM Very Good environmental certification. This project, based near Caen, is intended for LEGALLAIS, a hardware and plumbing expert.
ANOTHER COLLABORATION WITH ARGAN
ARGAN, a real estate company specializing in the development and letting of premium logistics real estate, has once again selected IDEC to undertake a project for LEGALLAIS, one of France’s leading distributors of products for professionals in the building trade. The delivery of this platform in the last few days marks the successful conclusion of a long-standing partnership between IDEC and ARGAN.
18,000 M² LOGISTICS PLATFORM
This turnkey project, executed by IDEC’s teams, spans 18,000 m², and is located close to a storage building already operated by LEGALLAIS. This architecturally elegant project extends its warehousing capacity with two dry storage cells offering surface areas of 9,000 m² and 7,000 m², plus a small 350 m² cell to store flammable products. The project, which aims for BREEAM Very Good certification, also includes an office block.
