This integrated approach ensured efficient project execution while meeting regulatory requirements, budget objectives and delivery deadlines.

A 4,600 SQ M FACILITY DESIGNED FOR FUTURE GROWTH
The new facility, covering a total floor area of 4,600 sq m, was delivered following an 11-month construction programme.
The development comprises:
- A 600 sq m two-storey office building
- Two 2,000 sq m warehouse units
One of the warehouse units has been specifically designed to accommodate a future 3,000 sq m extension, providing significant flexibility for future expansion.
The building also features a rooftop photovoltaic installation with an installed capacity of 331 kWp. Generating approximately 368 MWh per year, the system will help avoid an estimated 2,473 tonnes of CO₂ emissions over a 20-year period, while producing the equivalent annual energy consumption of 46 households.

TAILOR-MADE SUPPORT FOR A UNIQUE INTERIOR DESIGN
Drawing on the expertise of its qualified architects and specialists in interior design and space planning, IDEC provided CAP PERFORMANCE with dedicated support to create distinctive and personalised workspaces.
To develop an interior environment reflecting the company’s identity, IDEC’s teams worked on several design concepts, including graphic guidelines, flooring layout plans, space specification sheets, detailed design manuals and bespoke furniture solutions.
