Already responsible for the turnkey design and construction of CAP PERFORMANCE’s industrial facility, IDEC is now extending its involvement through the signing of a three-year maintenance contract.
From design and construction to interior fit-out and interior design, through to building maintenance, IDEC supports CAP PERFORMANCE with a continuous approach focused on performance, operational reliability and the long-term sustainability of its facilities.
A comprehensive maintenance offering
As part of this contract, IDEC is providing CAP PERFORMANCE with a comprehensive maintenance service covering the upkeep of technical equipment, regulatory compliance monitoring and preventive building maintenance.
The objective is to ensure the long-term performance of the installations, anticipate maintenance requirements and guarantee the continuity of the site’s operations.
