In Wissous (Essonne), construction of the business park being delivered by IDEC for MILEWAY has entered its final phase. After several months of progress, the delivery of the two business buildings is scheduled for next spring.
Final stretch before delivery
Since 16 June 2025, IDEC’s construction teams have been working on this project, which comprises two buildings dedicated to warehousing and industrial activities.
Today, the project is entering its final phase, with delivery scheduled for next spring. The structural frame has been completed, while the building envelope, structural works and floor slabs are nearing completion. Partitioning and internal lining works are also well advanced.
The next stages will focus on external works, interior finishes, suspended ceilings and painting.
A business park comprising two buildings
The development forms part of a business park created for MILEWAY, the European specialist in last-mile logistics real estate, on a site originally developed and serviced by GROUPE IDEC and its dedicated subsidiaries.
The project covers approximately 9,500 sq m, distributed across two independent buildings combining business space and office accommodation, designed to meet the requirements of modern urban distribution while providing flexibility and functionality.
Delivery scheduled for spring for this sustainable project
The project is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification, incorporating concrete environmental measures such as optimised management of energy consumption and waste, together with extensive landscaped areas.
This strong commitment to sustainability reflects the determination of the project teams to deliver a facility that combines operational performance with environmental responsibility.
The official handover of the project is scheduled for spring 2026.
