Salvi CALS, Managing Director of Panattoni France, looks back at this major project, comprising a first phase of 30,000 sq m, which involved a number of significant challenges. Among these, the construction works were carried out on an occupied site, requiring rigorous organisation throughout the project. In addition, meeting a particularly demanding schedule was a key challenge, as was managing the tenant’s operational transfer.
Driven by their shared commitment to sustainability, the partners implemented several environmentally responsible solutions throughout the project, with the objective of achieving the BiodiverCity label and BREEAM Excellent certification. These initiatives included the reuse of materials recovered from the demolition works, the use of a hybrid timber structural frame and the environmental enhancement of the site.
