The teams at IDEC have just kicked off construction of a 60,000 m² logistics platform a few kilometers from Troyes (10).This project developed by Panattoni will subsequently be followed by a second 50,000 m² project, on which work will start early next year.
AN AMBITIOUS PROJECT FOR PANATTONI FRANCE
Panattoni, Europe’s leading logistics and industrial real estate developer, and already well established throughout Europe, set up operations in France in September 2021. The French subsidiary is broadening its real estate offering by appointing IDEC to build a speculative project in Saint-Léger-près-Troyes (10).
TWO LOGISTICS PLATFORMS
This first new-generation logistics project by IDEC will be located in the Parc de l’Aube, a park in the Troyes urban area that has been awarded the “Parc de référence” label, and will cover a surface area of 60,000 m². It will soon comprise a second structure a few hundred meters away, again developed by Panattoni and covering an area of 50,000 m².
WORK ON FIRST PROJECT UNDERWAY
Just a few days ago, the IDEC teams kicked off construction of the 1st logistics platform. With a surface area of 60,000 m², this facility will feature 10 cells and two office blocks. The project, which is aiming for BREEAM Very Good certification, will be delivered in the last quarter of 2023. Construction of the second 50,000 m² structure, again by IDEC, will begin in early 2023, with delivery one year later.
