IDEC, designer and builder of turnkey logistics projects and business property in the IDEC Group, has just started work on a 70,000 square metre project in Bourges (Cher) with Goodman, the developer behind the operation, for Carrefour.
“After delivering three projects in a row for Carrefour in 2016 and 2017, IDEC has just started a fourth 70,000 square metre project in Bourges,” explained Tony Morais, General Director of IDEC. “This project confirms the confidence that companies have in IDEC for this type of multi-temperature warehouse with the advantage of knowing all about the Bourges area. In fact, IDEC has already several references in that area, such as the work done for Intermarché, Recticel, Via Logistique and La Bovida, coming to a total construction of almost 200,000 square metres.”
The IDEC teams will be handing over the keys of this new multi-temperature logistics warehouse to Carrefour in March 2018 after ten months of work.
