The project being carried out by IDEC on behalf of ARGAN in Louailles, in the Sarthe department, is progressing according to schedule. After several months of construction works, the first phase of the building is entering its final stage, with the completion of the building envelope and the start of the floor slab casting works.
A project at the heart of ARGAN’s Aut0nom® strategy
ARGAN, the French real estate company specialising in the development and leasing of premium logistics warehouses, is showcasing its Aut0nom® concept through this project: buildings designed to cover their own energy consumption, notably through photovoltaic installations and enhanced thermal performance solutions.
A first handover scheduled for November
The first phase, covering a surface area of 19,000 sq m, is now watertight and weatherproof.
The floor slab works are currently underway to enable the handover of this phase at the beginning of November 2025. The teams will then continue with the second phase of the project, maintaining a sustained pace and a high level of quality throughout the works.
Progress in line with commitments
The coming weeks will be focused on the continuation of the floor slab casting works and the first interior fit-out activities.
The handover of the first phase of the building is scheduled for early November 2025, while construction will continue immediately afterwards on the second phase.
The full delivery of the project remains scheduled for the first quarter of 2026, in accordance with the timetable initially agreed with ARGAN.
