A RESPONSIBLE PROJECT FOR CEVA SANTÉ ANIMALE
Located in Montpon-Ménestérol, the 14,000 sq m storage facility delivered by IDEC for CEVA Santé Animale has achieved BREEAM Very Good certification with no reservations, highlighting the quality of its environmental performance.
The project was designed with a strong focus on sustainability, incorporating carefully planned landscape integration, a geothermal energy system and photovoltaic car park canopies that contribute to the production of renewable, low-carbon energy.
These features support the facility’s environmental objectives while enhancing its long-term operational efficiency.
ENHANCED USER COMFORT AND WELL-BEING
Particular attention was also given to the well-being of building users.
Dedicated indoor and outdoor relaxation areas have been incorporated into the development to provide comfortable spaces for employees and visitors, helping to improve the overall user experience and workplace quality.
