IDEC has delivered a new business facility designed and constructed for MOHAWKS, a specialist in the import, assembly and distribution of high-end bicycles. This turnkey project marks a new achievement for IDEC’s teams, which continue to expand their expertise in the industrial and logistics sectors.
A mixed-use development tailored to MOHAWKS’ needs
Located in Frépillon, in the Val-d’Oise department (95), the project brings together a total surface area of 2,200 sq m on a single site, including 1,300 sq m dedicated to assembly activities, incorporating an integrated paint booth, and 900 sq m of modern office space.
Designed by VICTOR Architectes, this functional building fully meets MOHAWKS’ operational and logistics requirements, within an environment created to support both performance and employee comfort.
Smooth execution and high-quality finishes
Construction began in November 2024 and progressed at a sustained pace thanks to efficient coordination between all project teams.
External works, which were already well advanced by June, helped to structure the site with particular attention to detail. Exposed aggregate concrete pedestrian pathways, grass-paved parking areas, perimeter fencing and functional lighting systems provide the development with a durable and high-quality finish.
The interior fit-out also received particular attention, with the office areas delivered on a turnkey basis, including partitions, floor finishes, tiling and painting works, all completed in accordance with the original schedule.
Early integration of MOHAWKS’ teams
An early handover of the workshop area in mid-June enabled MOHAWKS to progressively organise the integration of its teams and prepare the launch of its operations under optimal conditions.
The final delivery of the building therefore marks the successful completion of an efficient collaboration between IDEC’s teams and their client.
