IDEC is supporting DENTRESSANGLE in the construction of a major logistics platform on the former Renault industrial site, located in Éragny-sur-Oise and Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône, in the Val-d’Oise department.
A major construction project
The first phase of the project concerns a 42,472 sq m building, out of the total planned development of 79,823 sq m. Construction works started on 29 April 2025, with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
The project mobilises significant resources: 13,415 m³ of concrete are being used to construct 272 columns, 252 beams and 712 purlins, as well as all floor slabs and foundations.
The façades consist of 8,042 sq m of concrete panels and 7,469 sq m of SIPOREX panels. The steel structure represents 96.2 tonnes.
Externally, 2,200 linear metres of fencing, 4,665 metres of kerbs and 6,770 tonnes of asphalt surfacing will be installed. On the electrical side, 43.18 kilometres of cabling will be deployed.
At the end of September, 87 workers were mobilised on site, with an average daily workforce of 35 people since the beginning of the project.
An ambitious sustainable approach
The project is targeting a double certification: BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Gold.
The roof will accommodate a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 7,311 kWp, while heating will be supplied by the district heating network with an installed capacity of 2.4 MW.
To strengthen the environmental integration of the development, approximately 20,000 sq m of landscaped green spaces will be created, together with the planting of several hundred trees.
This exemplary project illustrates the shared commitment of IDEC and DENTRESSANGLE to delivering sustainable, high-performance logistics facilities that respect their environment.
