IDEC just received NF HQE certification for the Intermarché Bourges project, which once again illustrates our expertise in environmental approaches while also representing a unique achievement, since this logistics project is the first in France to reach this level during the construction phase.
The performance objective set at the beginning of the project was blown out of the water with 15 stars, 14 targets on a high-performance level, 3-star Afilog ranking, and the Effinergie+ label.
These certifications are “the result of excellent work at our base in Bourges” (according to the Intermarché representative) and the cohesiveness of the IDEC teams to achieve this exceptional result, from the design phase through the construction phase.
