IDEC, a major player in the design and construction of logistics warehouses and business properties has just handed over the keys to the new extension for ARGAN in Saint Ouen l’Aumône (Val d’Oise). This project confirms once again the trust in IDEC shown by this company specialising in the development and rental of logistics platforms.
Our teams have just handed over three units and an 18,000 sq.m office block to ARGAN, who is entirely satisfied with the quality of these new facilities and the rigorous management of the project. This was carried out by our teams in less than six months, respecting our turnkey project contract with a commitment to quality, deadlines and the cost.
“This extension project was handed over three weeks ahead of time to allow the user DJECO to move in on the weekend of the 14th July,” explained Tony MORAIS, General Director of IDEC. “This project entirely satisfied ARGAN as their requirements were respected to guarantee the high standards of their business properties.”
This latest construction comes after some work previously done for ARGAN in Saint Ouen l’Aumône with the construction of property including two 6000 sq.m units and a 600sq.m office block. At the same time, our teams have just started work on the neigbouring site for an extension project of 2800 m², once again for ARGAN. This is due to be handed over in January 2018. This extension comes after the 11,000 m² already completed in 2016 by our teams. In all, IDEC will have within two and a half years built 45,000 m² for ARGAN in Saint Ouen l’Aumône.
