This latest project is yet another successful project carried out between the investor and developer, which specialises in logistics premises, and the IDEC teams.
A 37,000 m² project
IDEC has just handed over the construction of a new logistics property for the investor and developer, GOODMAN. This 37,000 m² project is being set up in the heart of a new logistics park located 25 miles or so from Lille, which will become home to several projects built on 35 hectares of land. It offers more than 35,000 m² of storage with six dry units, 1200 m² of offices and staff rooms as well as a technical area and charging area.
BREEAM Good Standard certification
In order to respect the specifications laid down by GOODMAN, IDEC worked alongside its client on the construction of a sustainable warehouse with BREEAM Good level certification. To achieve this, its teams put in place several measures to encourage energy saving with for example, full Led lighting throughout the storage units and offices. With the delivery of this latest certified operation, IDEC has shown itself once again to be an expert in the construction of eco-friendly buildings with almost 1.5 million m² certified property that has already been built across France.
A new joint project between GOODMAN and IDEC
The handover of this logistics platform once again shows the mutual confidence between GOODMAN and IDEC. These two logistics specialists have completed a new building after some other successful projects across France. This handover comes in particular after the delivery last year of another 70,000 m² major project in Bourges developed for a major retailer.
