DENTRESSANGLE IMMOBILIER LOGISTIQUE has entrusted IDEC with the construction of a new 80,000 sq m logistics project in the Val-d’Oise department. This large-scale development, which is targeting BREEAM Outstanding certification and the WELL Gold label, will be built at the heart of the eParkWest business park, developed on a former logistics site in Éragny and Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône. Construction has just begun, with delivery scheduled for the first half of 2026.
A logistics site redeveloped by DENTRESSANGLE
Located within the economic hub of Cergy-Pontoise, the eParkWest business park was conceived and developed by DENTRESSANGLE Immobilier Logistique, the specialised logistics real estate division of the DENTRESSANGLE Holding Group, a recognised player in investment and real estate.
This 27-hectare site has been developed on a former logistics platform in line with a net zero land artificialisation approach. Through this project, DENTRESSANGLE is actively contributing to the regeneration of the area while meeting the growing demand for high-quality logistics and industrial facilities.
A collaboration between IDEC and DENTRESSANGLE
For this ambitious project designed by GBL Architectes, DENTRESSANGLE has chosen to rely on IDEC’s expertise to deliver the construction works.
This turnkey project will initially focus on a first phase, which has already been partially leased to a leading national operator.
“We are proud to launch the construction of this major project alongside IDEC, which has already attracted a renowned occupier for a surface area close to 25,000 sq m,” said Christophe BRONCARD, Chief Executive Officer of DENTRESSANGLE Immobilier Logistique.
“eParkWest meets the growing needs of companies in terms of real estate renewal by offering logistics and industrial facilities that comply with the highest environmental and productivity standards currently expected by the market.”
An 80,000 sq m project
The development currently underway involves the construction of an 80,000 sq m logistics platform, with the first phase of 42,000 sq m having recently commenced.
In addition, eParkWest will provide dedicated spaces for industrial activities (16,500 sq m), logistics and storage operations (19,500 sq m), as well as flexible areas that can be adapted according to occupiers’ requirements.
A responsible project
This project illustrates a strong commitment to more sustainable real estate development by limiting land consumption while contributing to local economic growth.
The development is also targeting high environmental standards, with the objective of achieving BREEAM Outstanding certification and the WELL Gold label, thanks to an optimised design approach and responsible construction choices.
